Return & Exchange Policy

At Abby Home, your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn’t right, you can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
1. Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
- Some products cannot be returned, including perishable goods, personalized products, and clearance or final sale items.
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Contact us at 0790005254 or email us at abbyhomekgl@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return.
- Ship the item back using a moto guy or you can bring items at our store. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
- If approved, your refund will be issued Imediately.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Partial refunds may apply if the item is returned damaged or incomplete.
4. Exchanges
- For size, color, or product exchanges, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
- After we receive the original item, we’ll send your replacement if available.
- You’ll cover the return shipping and any price difference.
- If the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. Send pictures on our WhatsApp or call us at 0790005254. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including the cost of return shipping.
