Terms of Service – Abby Home Mobile App & Website

By downloading, installing, or using the Abby Home mobile app or visiting www.abby-home.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. About Us
Abby Home is a Kigali-based store selling high-quality kitchenware, dinnerware and home décor.

2. Service Description
• We deliver only within Kigali City area.
• All prices are in Rwandan Francs (RWF) and include VAT where applicable.
• We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) or Mobile Money only. No credit/debit cards are processed or stored.
3. Account Registration
• You may create an account using Email + Password, Sign in with Apple, or Sign in with Google.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You can delete your account at any time by contacting us.
4. Ordering & Payment
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (COD paid to the rider or Mobile Money payment proof received).
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order (we will inform you immediately and refund any payment already made).
5. Delivery
• Delivery is free within Kigali city limits for orders above RWF 50,000. Below that, a small delivery fee may apply.
• Estimated delivery: same day or next day (we will confirm the exact time after you place the order).
• The delivery rider will call the phone number you provided at checkout.
6. Returns & Refunds
• You may return unused, undamaged items within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be in original packaging with proof of purchase.
• Refunds are processed within same day via the same payment method (Mobile Money or COD).
• Fragile items (ceramics, glass) are non-returnable if damaged after delivery.
7. Product Images & Descriptions
We do our best to display accurate colours and details. Slight variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Rwandan law, Abby Home is not liable for:
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Delays caused by traffic, weather, or force majeure
• Issues arising from incorrect address or phone number provided by you
9. Intellectual Property
All content (photos, logos, text) belongs to Abby Home. You may not copy or reuse it without written permission.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The new version will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the app or website means you accept the changes.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda.
